All such data remains securely within Shopify and is subject to their Privacy Policy.
Chat Support via Tawk.to
We use Tawk.to for optional customer support chat on our site. This tool:
- Does not activate tracking for European visitors without explicit consent (in compliance with GDPR)
- May use cookies only after user acceptance
- Only collects chat messages voluntarily sent by the user
